As we wind down another year in business, we want to take a moment to look back on our success and thank all of those who made it possible with our patients and employees. And as we enter our 12th year (in 2025) we look forward to another year of providing CPAP Durable Medical Equipment with excellent patient care, training and support.
We have seen positive growth over the past year, which initiated the decision to add a new location, with the administrative challenges of setting up a new office and hiring new staff, and promoting our services to a new market in Nampa. With any business growth comes the need for additional staff, thus we are currently advertising for additional Respiratory Therapists and/or Sleep Technologists. So, we will discuss in this article our unique approach to patient care, our focus on team building and satisfaction, as well as all the reasons we are a great place to work and grow your career in the sleep medicine field.
What Contributes to our Success
Our continued growth is a sign of the success we’ve had in the past 12 years. We strive to make sure our patients receive the care they deserve and the help they need to be successful in treating their sleep apnea, which has contributed to our consistent growth. Thus, our continued focus in 2025 and beyond will be on:
- Patient Care: It is our goal to make sure we do everything we can to help our patients have a great experience, from the first time they come in and every time after, for years to come.
- Vetted Equipment: We work hard to meet the demands of providing quality and doctor-recommended CPAP machines, masks, accessories, and supplies, regardless of government issued product recalls, manufacturer shortages, a worldwide pandemic, and resulting market demands.
- Ongoing Support and Patient Relationship-Building: We do not approach patient care with a common industry standard of ‘minimum touchpoints required by their insurance company’, but we are there for our patients for training, mask fitting, troubleshooting, problem resolution, supply refills, and ongoing educations for the first three, six, twelve months and in the years beyond. We never stop providing communication, reminders and support for as long as the patient is continuing their CPAP therapy.
- Patient Adherence Rates: We consistently achieve higher-than-national-average patient adherence rates because we ensure each patient’s CPAP therapy experience is comfortable, consistent and continued for the long-term. By educating the client on the benefits of CPAP therapy for their optimal health, wellness and reduced risks of serious health concerns, we encourage continued use. And by troubleshooting, adjusting and tweaking their CPAP therapy comfort level, we assist the patient as they overcome the initial three to six-month adjustment period.
- Trained and Professional Staff: Our entire staff is trained with our mission statement in mind. “The owners and employees of Everything CPAP are dedicated to the improvement and extension of our patient’s lives through personalized care, use of state-of-the-art equipment, constant innovation, and clinical research.” With ongoing training, continuing education, team communication, and an interchange of experience and skillsets, we provide our patients the highest level of care with happy, friendly, educated and experienced staff.
A Shout of Praise to our Staff
Our staff is a key component to our success, so we want to give a shout out to our team! We could not be Everything CPAP without our staff and we thank them for their hard work, and their eagerness to grow with us. This field requires continuing education regarding patient care, as technology advances in the testing and treatment equipment and as new sleep medicine research and trends evolve. We understand the demands of this ever-evolving field and we thank you for always putting patient care first.
This is evident of our patient feedback:
“I needed a new CPAP and decided to give Everything CPAP a try; I was not disappointed! Friendly staff clean office and was seen immediately after I checked in – no waiting! Their clinician was great. She explained everything A-to-Z. CPAP setup, insurance and maintenance. I appreciated her attention to detail and overall customer service.” – RRB, Google Review
“They’re very quick about responding to my calls, very efficient at helping me find a mask that works, and care so much about making sure the whole process is done towards the common goal of me getting better sleep. I absolutely love their staff, she’s been super sweet and friendly and has listened to all of my concerns, 10/10.” – MH, Google Review
“Their staff is absolutely amazing and answers every single question with kindness and compassion. I left there not wondering anything about therapy or the CPAP machine. They are a small company that completely cares and takes care of their patients.” – LM, Google Review
“Great service, right when I needed some help. LJ did a good job.” – DC, Google Review
Why Join our Everything CPAP Team?
A good team is critical to the success of our CPAP-specific DME practice because healthcare relies on collaboration, efficiency, and trust to provide excellent patient care. As our success has enabled us to grow in 2024, we also have future goals to continue to expand in 2025-2026, so our need to hire additional administrative staff, as well as Respiratory Therapists and Sleep Technologists will continue to be our focus moving forward. Why should you consider Everything CPAP for your next step in your sleep medicine career?
- Work/Life Balance: While many hospitals, sleep labs, nursing and healthcare facilities have rotating schedules with demanding round the clock hours, we at Everything Sleep have a consistent schedule of Monday through Thursday, from 9am to 5pm. Friday through Sunday, our office is closed and our employees get to enjoy time with family, time to run errands, time to schedule their own medical and other needed appointments, time to camp, spa, ski and enjoy the natural beauty of Idaho with friends & family, and time that our consistent three-day weekend offers to recharge, reboot and refresh for the next week.
- Generous Benefits, Pay and Holiday Package: Our pay scale, based on experience, is comparable and competitive to other DME companies and sleep labs, but with better hours and holiday schedule. We are closed for the following paid holidays: New Years Eve, New Years, MLK Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We offer a full benefits package with health insurance stipend, and IRA Plan with matching.
- Less Stress Compared to Critical Care Facilities: Being a sleep technologist or respiratory therapist at a hospital or healthcare/surgery center is very different than your role at our CPAP-specific DME Company. As a small CPAP Therapy ‘boutique’, we are training our patients on how to successfully use their CPAP equipment, we are conducting mask fittings, we are answering questions and troubleshooting issues with their CPAP therapy, and we are measuring our patient’s success with state-of-the-art technology. We are not providing emergency code team support nor critical care to our patients, but we are assisting them in their CPAP therapy journey. Thus, the reduction of stress and liability on our staff is often appreciated and for our staff coming out of the critical care medical fields, they often find a reduction in their symptoms of burn-out or PTSD.
- A Collaborative and Experienced Team: Our strong team brings together individuals with varied expertise, training and experience allowing us the ability for collaborative communication and support for proficient patient care and resolution to their medical complaints or therapy-related issues. This team-based collaboration improves problem-solving, fosters innovation allowing our team to brainstorm and build on each other’s ideas in a progressive and positive way. Different perspectives often lead to more robust and creative solutions. Our current team has:
- 20-25 years of combined experience in sleep technology
- 25-30 years of combined experience in respiratory therapy
- 10-15 years of combined experience in dental sleep medicine
- A Happy Team leads to Happier Patients: The results are in the numbers, as they say and with our growth of patients, our increased referrals from local providers, our new location and our growing portfolio of positive patient testimonials are all proof our patients are happy and satisfied with our services. Our patients benefit from coordinated care, when our team members work together to address their needs holistically. We ensure that our staff roles are well-defined, and the team works in harmony, thus our company runs more smoothly, allowing our Respiratory Therapists and Sleep Technologists to focus on patients. And our patients notice and appreciate when our staff works well together, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
- Our Location in one of the Most Beautiful places in the Country: Nampa and Boise ID are often featured as one of the best places to work, live and retire. According to US News World Report, Boise is ranked as an overall score of 7/10, and listed as #2 in Best Places to Live.
“Boise is a recreationalist’s paradise. If you value the outdoors and time spent among rivers, mountains, canyons, deserts and lakes – and all the activities encapsulated therein – it’s worth a serious look. Downtown Boise is booming. Locally sourced food and drink dominate the summer patio scene. Boise’s residents may spend their days enjoying nature, but they fill their evenings dining on locally sourced cuisine, enjoying an opera performance and sipping delicious cocktails. Idaho’s capital sits squarely on the boundary of urban and rural, civilized and wild, refined and raw. Yes, there are wilder places. Yes, there are more urbane places. But Boise is a good place to live if you enjoy easy access to both.” – US News [https://realestate.usnews.com/places/idaho/boise]
Boise has been named as one of the best places to live in 2024 by Money online magazine. The publication said there were a variety of factors that went into the decision, including growth, safety, affordability and community. ‘Finding a place to plant your roots is about so much more than location – it’s about making connections, feeling comfortable and safe in your surroundings and finding common ground with your fellow neighbors,’ says Money’s executive editor Mike Ayers.” – KTVB7.com [https://www.ktvb.com/article/news/local/boise-named-one-the-best-places-to-live-in-2024/]
Nampa, ID too is listed as one of the best places to live and visit:
“Nampa, Idaho is an incredible city located in southwestern Idaho. It’s known for its breathtaking mountain views, diverse culture, and vibrant nightlife. Visitors can take advantage of outdoor activities like exploring Snake River Birds of Prey National Conservation Area or hiking at Owyhee Canyonlands to explore the local area. Nature enthusiasts can visit places like Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge or Deadwood Reservoir to gain insight into local wildlife.” Best Places.net [https://www.bestplaces.net/city/idaho/nampa]
While we may be partial to all things Boise and Nampa ID, we cannot mention living and working here without a shout out to our pride for the Boise State Broncos Football team, and for Ashton Jeanty, who is a college football running back for the Boise State Broncos. In 2024, he won the Maxwell Award and was the runner up in Heisman Trophy voting after leading the FBS in rushing yards and touchdowns. According to us partial but proud Idahoans, he is the true winner of the Heisman Trophy.
