Everything CPAP offers shipping throughout the United States via UPS, FedEx, and the US Postal Service for all nonprescription related products. Prescription related products can only ship within our service area of Idaho.

We are currently offering FREE Ground Shipping on all orders to the lower 48 US States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, may have additional shipping charges applies.
FREE Ground Shipping packages may be shipped via UPS or USPS depending on service availability and price. We reserve the right to select which shipping method works best.

WHERE CAN YOU SHIP?
We only offer shipping to addresses within the United States and for products that do not require a Medical Prescription. If an Item requires a prescription, it will be noted on the product page.
Please note, Prescription items such as PAP Devices, Humidifiers, and complete masks can only be shipped to Idaho addresses at this time.
We DO NOT ship outside of the United States.
WILL YOU SHIP ORDERS TO POST OFFICE (PO) BOXES?
Yes. Orders shipping to PO Boxes are always shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS).
ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE SHIPPED?
Everything CPAP strives to ship all orders the next day after order has been placed. (Monday – Thursday). Our store is closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Items ordered Friday-Sunday will ship the following Monday. Our final shipments leave our store at approximately 3pm Mountain Standard time on Thursday. If your order is going to be delayed more than a day or two, we will notify you using the contact information provided with your original order. (Orders for prescription items will ship immediately once the prescription is received unless the prescription is on file prior to the order being placed.)

Lithium-Ion BATTERIES
Due to Federal Regulations lithium-ion battery packs cannot be shipped via air. All batteries will be shipped via ground transportation.
EVERYTHING CPAP PRESCRIPTION POLICIES
In compliance with FDA regulations, Everything CPAP requires a prescription for some items sold on this site. Positive Air Pressure devices such as CPAP, APAP, Bilevel, ASV require a prescription. Complete CPAP Masks, and Humidifiers also require a prescription. Prescriptions generally are NOT required for other items including replacement parts such as headgear, tubing, filters, mask parts, machine parts, comfort accessories, and other supplies.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF I NEED A PRESCRIPTION FOR MY ORDER?
All prescription related supplies will be identified on the item page. If your order requires a prescription, and we do not have yours on file, your order will be placed on hold until we receive it.

If you do not have a copy of your prescription, please contact your medical provider to schedule an appointment to renew or obtain a copy of your prescription.

Everything CPAP’s Return, Exchange, and Warranty Services
We want to THANK YOU for choosing Everything CPAP! We are here because you chose us. We are committed to your satisfaction and will what we can to exceed your expectations within reason.
Manufacture Warranties
The products we sell are covered by standard manufacturer’s warranties. Warranties will vary from product to product and manufacture to manufacture.
If an item purchased from Everything CPAP, fails within the manufacture warranty period, Everything CPAP will work with you resolve the problem. Positive Airway Pressure devices may need to be returned to the manufacturer for some warranty services. Everything CPAP will work directly with manufacturers to ensure your device is fixed and repaired as quickly as possible. However, this process may take 2-3 weeks depending on manufacture.
Everything CPAP is an authorized dealer for the products we offer. We receive our products directly from the manufacturers to ensure that we always offer the latest and best products to our customers.
What happens if you sent me an incorrect item?
Yep-Mistakes Happen. Everything CPAP recognizes that we are human and may make a mistake from time to time. We apologize for that. If you receive an incorrect item, due to an error on our part we will replace it without additional charge. We would ask you to please be patient with us as we get you the correct item sent our as quickly as possible. We would also ask that you notify us within 7 business days of receiving the incorrect item.
What if the item I receive is damaged?
Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the damaged item.
What if I changed my mind and no longer want the item?
Everything CPAP is happy to accept returns of unopened items, for any reason, within 30-days of purchase. Items eligible for return must be in original manufacture packaging and must be in saleable condition. Simply contact us and we will coordinate the return with you. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund, minus 15% restocking fee.
Mask Guarantee Program
Everything CPAP knows that it can be hard to find the right CPAP mask. That is why we offer a 30-Day Mask Guarantee on all our CPAP masks.
If you purchased a CPAP mask from us and it has been less than 30 days since you received your mask (Received date goes by the date the shipping company delivered the mask to you) and you are not completely satisfied, you can exchange the mask for a different one. All you need to do is call us at 208-323-2727 and speak with one of our clinicians.
