Minimum Position Requirements:
- Education: Your foundation is strong with a high school diploma or equivalent. Maintain your credentials in CRT, RRT, RST, or RPSGT, staying connected with licensing agencies.
- Experience: Prior DME experience is an advantage, while retail or customer service history enhances your abilities.
- Knowledge: While DME training certifications like CCSH are helpful, they are not obligatory. An understanding of insurance coverage and terms is an asset.
- Special Skills/Equipment: Your interpersonal skills are impeccable, allowing you to shine in client interactions. Fluency in multiple languages is a valuable asset. Your patience and thoroughness shine as you guide new colleagues.
Your Work-Life Balanced Role:
I. Delivering Excellence Seamlessly:
- Provide prompt and courteous instructions to clients on equipment usage, valuing their time.
- Clearly guide patients through paperwork, billing, and agreements, with a focus on efficient co-insurance collection.
- Extend consistent support to clients, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, and collaborating across the team.
- Participate in on call rotation once every six weeks.
II. Equipment Expertise:
- Master the knowledge of Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) devices and accessories, skillfully training clients and new team members.
- Empower patients and colleagues with your in-depth knowledge of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and therapy options.
- Be a leader in infection control procedures, expertly training patients and colleagues on proper methods.

- Maintain clean and organized vehicles for Company-approved business, ensuring both your well-being and clients’ comfort.
- Uphold safety regulations, leading by example in adhering to oxygen safety and infection control protocols.
