Everything CPAP can work with most major commercial insurance providers within the State of Idaho. If you live within our service area of Idaho, you may be eligible to use your health insurance benefits.
Healthcare services provided through the government, such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare are not eligible to use their insurance through Everything CPAP.
Purchases with Insurance
To utilize your health insurance benefits, we may need to show medical necessity. Orders for machines also require a qualifying sleep study and medical providers notes with diagnosis of your sleep related breathing disorder. Everything CPAP can reach out to your medical provider to request the needed records with your permission. Typical records requested are:
- Prescription for CPAP and Supplies
- Copy of Sleep Study
- Progress Note with Sleep Disorder Breathing diagnosis
- Recent 90-day download
For CPAP replacement Supplies
- Valid Prescription
- Recent 90-day download as Prior Authorization is often required.
For PAP machines or replacement machines
- Valid Prescription
- Copy of Sleep Study
- Progress notes with Sleep Disorder Breathing diagnosis
- Recent 90-day download (for replacement machines)

Majority of health insurance companies follow a set replacement schedule. This means that they will only allow the purchase of the replacement parts at the defined intervals. If purchases are made outside of the replacement schedule your insurance may deny the claim and the cost of the supplies may be your responsibility.
